Operation method of winding torsion testing machine:
1. Sample length: Cut two samples from the surface inspection qualified sample, and the sample length should meet the specified number of winding turns. (Refer to GB/T3428-2002, 10, 3, c and GB/T4907, 7-2009, 5, 4, which generally have 8 turns)
2. Selection of winding rod: Select the winding core rod according to the standard specified winding diameter (refer to Tables 3, 4, and 5 in GB/T3428-2002), use a wrench to open the left clamp (three jaw chuck) to clamp the left end of the core rod, rotate the circular small knob on the side of the right clamp to allow the right clamp to rotate freely, and adjust the distance of the right clamp to clamp the right end of the core rod. Thread the wire through the wire plate and tighten the left clamp wedge pressure head to press one end of the wire. Manually wrap half a circle on the core rod, and clamp the other end with the wire plate to keep the sample in a tight state.
3. Speed adjustment: Open the "forward" button and adjust the speed (refer to GB/T4909, 7-2009, 5, 4 for speed not exceeding 10 times/minute, and GB/T3428-2002,10, 3 for speed not exceeding 15 times/minute in C). The machine rotates counterclockwise to evenly arrange the wires on the core rod in a spring shape as the effective sample. After the number of turns of the wires reaches the standard, press the "stop" button to stop the machine from winding.
4. Test completed: Open the left and right clamps, remove the core rod, retract the wire, and disconnect the power supply.

4. The rotating parts have been lubricated with oil before leaving the factory, and maintenance should be done after a period of use.
5. Please handle the winding and twisting testing machine with care during transportation to prevent damage to the components.
6. When the winding and twisting testing machine is not in use for a long time, the product should be powered on and operated every half month for at least half an hour.
7. The ambient temperature around the winding and twisting testing machine is 8 ℃~25 ℃, and the humidity is ≤ 70%. Laboratories that do not meet these conditions can be equipped with air conditioning.
